Another UK Cabinet member has just resigned, this time its Transport Secretary Geoff Hoon. Its not yet clear why, but if its another stab in the back for Brown a leadership contest must now surely be very likely. Cable has dropped on the news back down to 1.5975 after reclaiming 1.6000. It looks like it was another casualty of the reshuffle rather than any anti-Brown move. Cable now back above 1.6000 again.
