Although the U.S. dollar bears were mostly dormant during today’s Asian and London sessions, they managed to emerge from their brief hibernation at the open of today’s New York session. Clues from inter-market and technical analysis on the EUR/USD currency pair pointed in the same direction: up. Those traders who took a long trade entry on the euro during the first hour of the session, earned a profit of between 45 and 85 pips [depending on entry and exit].
