Reuters reports that Brazilian President Lula wants the BRIC countries to forge a common front on reforming multinational groups like the UN and IMF. Lula also announced a $10 bln contribution to the IMF. If the BRICs are willing to fund these and other programs, then by all means they should have signficant influence in their governance.
